Reflections

Arlene is the true professional entertainer with a wonderful voice and great stage presence. Arlene sings the Standards, Jazz and popular music. Arlene is not formally trained to sing she just has a natural talent for music and singing. Over the years Arlene developed her own style and performed in various bands in the Philippines all over the Philippines until she was invited to go to Bangkok, Thailand to sing with a well know jazz band of Russian and American musicians. They performed at the best Hotels in Bangkok for over 4 years. Arlene then went to China in June of 2000 at the invitation of the 5 star Hotel Changchun under an exclusive 6 month contract to perform at the Lobby Lounge with her own group Reflections. Arlene was then asked an International chain in Nanjing to be the opening performer at their Lobby Lounge. Because of her popularity Arlene’s contract was extended for 5 years. She was asked in 2006 to take Reflections to Japan at a Nagoya Hotel for a 6 special month’s contract. In December 2006 in Caching, Borneo opening a new bar/lounge called Sensor and asked Arlene to bring Reflections for 6 months contract to build the reputation of the bar as top quality and she stayed 2years and then on to Colombo for 9 months to open a new lobby lounge.

Relene is a young energetic vocalist with exceptional potential and is Arlene’s daughter. Relene joined Arlene 6years ago and was an immediate success with the clientele. Her ability to harmonize; sing a newer generation of music and play percussion bring a new dimension to the group.

Dio plays piano/guitar with great feeling and passion he sings with a very relaxed style. He has been performing professionally for the past 10 years and has been with Reflections for 8 years. Dio has extensive piano experience and is classically trained. Dio is the programmer of the backing tracks for Reflections.

Chris plays guitar/piano and sings all the old tunes. He has been performing professionally in Korea,Vietnam and China for the past 15 years. He speaks fluent Korean and very good Chinese.Chris has extensive piano experience and plays guitar. Chris is the programmer of the backing tracks for Reflections.

 These four professional musicians “Reflections” combine to make a most enjoyable musical evening for anyone who loves good music and friendly conversation.
